We’re partnering with a reputable nursery in Surbiton to find a passionate Room Leader ready to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional early years care.
What you need:
* Level 3 in Childcare essential
* Early years experience, ideally in a leadership role
* Strong communication and team management skills
What you’ll do:.
* Lead a playroom and mentor your team
* Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
* Allocate children to keycarers and provide feedback to parents
* Promote the nursery and maintain positive relationships with families
