Overview

Join to apply for the Sales Consultant role at Vistry Group. The position is based at one of our developments in Warrington, Cheshire, within the Vistry Merseyside & Cheshire West region. As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the sales and marketing suites in accordance with the Company Policies, taking ownership of the sales process with customers from Reservation to Legal Completion. You will deliver excellent customer service, stay focused on the Customer Journey, and work toward company targets and KPIs. We value in-person collaboration and team culture, with flexibility for working practices where possible.


Responsibilities

* Carry out all aspects of the day-to-day running of the sales and marketing suites in accordance with Company Policies.
* Take ownership of the sales process with customers from Reservation to Legal Completion, maintaining necessary records and documentation at all stages.
* Provide excellent customer service and focus on the Customer Journey at all times, working to targets and KPIs.
* Proactively follow up enquiries, tours, and site visits with customers to optimise sales opportunities.
* Ensure accurate management of customer information and communications in the relevant IT systems in line with GDPR.
* Collaborate with site teams to understand build progress and convey information to customers.
* Present the development, plots available, and options to customers to support informed purchasing decisions.
* Deliver high-quality home demonstrations in partnership with build teams.
* Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the sales area and company property.


Qualifications

* Experience in New Homes Sales or a similar customer-facing role delivering under pressure.
* Experience generating leads and sales through telephone-based business development; proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and a CRM system; able to work across multiple communication channels.
* Strong negotiation and sales skills; able to handle complaints and difficult situations.
* Excellent administration, organizational, and communication skills; able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
* Willing to travel to all sales sites within the region, including regional offices; full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Willing to be flexible in respect of day-to-day duties and hours worked.
