Are you ready to join the Fearless?
As a People Services Administrator, you will provide high-quality HR administration and first-line support to colleagues across the Group. Working within a team of People Services professionals, you will process employee lifecycle changes, manage queries via Halo ITSM, and ensure our core systems (iTrent and Kronos) are accurate and up to date.
You will play a key role in delivering excellent service to our people.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver first-line HR administration and query resolution for employees and managers via Halo ITSM ticketing system.
* Process all employee lifecycle events, including starters, leavers, contract changes, and absences, using iTrent (HRIS).
* Ensure Kronos (T&A) data is accurate, supporting payroll and operational teams.
* Assist with the raising and processing of Purchase Orders via the business costing system.
* Maintain HR records and ensure all employee data is accurate and GDPR-compliant.
* Escalate complex queries to the People Services Team Leader as needed.
* Support ad-hoc reporting, audits, and compliance checks to maintain service quality.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the People Services function.
* Previous experience in an HR administration or shared services environment is desirable.
* Familiarity with iTrent (HRIS) and Kronos (T&A) is advantageous.
* Experience using a ticket management system (e.g., Halo ITSM) to handle employee queries is desirable.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident communicator with a professional and helpful approach to supporting colleagues.
* Understanding of GDPR and data confidentiality in HR operations.Eagerness to learn, develop, and contribute to a high-performing People Services team.

Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
