Detailed job description and main responsibilities You will be involved in delivering bespoke menus to improve customer satisfaction, with a view to increasing Trust income. You will also be involved with:- • Delivering desserts and cakes for patients and restaurant • Delivering core patient meals, including texture modified diets • Preparation of meats, vegetables, soups and sauces • Evening patient meals and staff / visitor service You’ll be working in a busy industrial kitchen, exposed to heat, cold, and noise daily. The role is physically demanding, you’ll be on your feet throughout your shift and will need excellent manual dexterity
