Summary
We are recruiting an energetic, detail‑oriented chef to work the day shift in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about food and presentation and thrives when working under pressure.
Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef you will support the kitchen team in preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining standards, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance, and contributing to menu development.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen.
* Strong culinary knowledge and creative talents.
* Excellent eye for detail and presentation.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
