Role Description
The person will support our events managers across all operations, logistics and communications for the Women of the Future Programme various events, such as receptions, in person and virtual meetings, awards gala dinners and large-scale conferences up to 450 guests.

Knowledge of social media and experience using channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
We are a small organisation and we all support each other across our projects and initiatives. This role will entail the following responsibility, but not limited to:
· Researching and approaching potential candidates to apply for our campaigns such as awards and listings
· Managing the nomination campaigns and working directly with the event manager
to ensure high volume and calibre of nominations received
· Registering and liaising with candidates and ensuring all entries are finalized by nomination deadlines
· Managing the logistics during different touch points of the campaigns, such as arranging virtual and in person meetings for the shortlisting/judging process, handling scheduling, sending calendar invites, preparing necessary documents and assisting Event managers with communication with venues, suppliers and sponsors.
· On-site assistance with the management of the in-person events such as judging days, receptions, awards and conferences. Must be able to travel to London, events are located across various London locations.
· Point of contact for candidates and represent the WOF brand and values.
· Handling paid bookings and creating invoices using Xero software
· Managing guest lists and liaising with venue on guest requirements
· Overseeing event registration and creating event materials such as delegate lists, guest place cards, badges and signage
· Supporting the event manager across all elements of the campaign
· Support in developing and posting social media content tailored to specific event campaigns to help

· The role is full-time, 5 days a week.
· 4 days working from home/remote, 1 day at Pinky’s house in Putney, London.
· 20 days annual leave (excl Bank Holidays)
· Full training on the company’s internal systems and processes
· Days given in lieu for weekend event work

Starting salary: £25,000
