Our client, a long-established and family-run automotive accident repair centre situated in the Tewkesbury region, is currently looking to hire a Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join their business.
Reporting to the Centre Manager and working as part of a friendly workshop team in modern facilities, your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and priming vehicle bodywork to our client's specifications
* Mixing and colour-matching, painting all repaired areas and body customisation work to a high standard, and polishing as appropriate
* Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge
* Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals
* Maintaining good housekeeping/health and safety standards and orderly administration of your work
To be eligible, you will need to have current or recent experience working as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer. Formal qualifications to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are desirable; however, our client is willing to consider candidates with strong "on the job" experience that meet their standards. The successful candidate may be put through ATA accreditation post-probation. You should have a good eye for detail, be a team player with good communication skills, multitasking ability, and a UK driving license with minimal points. Experience in commercial vehicle paint spraying is advantageous but not essential.
