Home Instead Brighton Hove and Shoreham are seeking an experienced carer and administrator as a Weekend Field Supervisor to support clients and carers in the community and office. The role will be based from home, the office and in the field, with condensed full‑time hours.
Weekend Field Care Supervisor – Role
Core hours will be over the weekend.
* Available to answer the on‑call phone, address any alerts and provide support visits.
* Cover care visits.
* Office‑based handover meetings on Monday and Friday.
* Introduce and brief new Care Professionals on visits.
* Audit client visit notes, monitor care plans and carer feedback.
* Act as a core part of the central support system.
Work Schedule
7:00 am – 9:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday
4:00 pm – 9:00 pm on Friday evening
7:00 am – 10:00 am on Monday morning
Qualifications
* Experience in care provision to the highest standard.
* Office administration skills.
* Computer literate.
* Full UK driving licence, own vehicle with business insurance.
* Live in and be familiar with the Brighton area.
* The Right to Work in the UK.
