Your new role
 1. Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of legal documents, correspondence, proceedings and meetings.
 2. Transcribe and proofread legal documents.
 3. Maintain and organise legal files, records, and databases.
 4. Liaise with internal departments and external legal counsel as needed.
 5. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of legal documents.
 6. General day to day running of the office, including collecting and sorting iing post, photocopying, scanning and faxing the documents.
 7. Schedule appointments, meetings and conference calls as and when directed.
 8. Address client queries in a timely and professional manner.
 9. Process third party and vendor invoices.
 10. Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team.
What you'll need to succeed
 11. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience gained in a similar role or as a paralegal/legal support role within amercial property / real estate sector.
 12. A degree in law or similar field / paralegal certification will be advantageous.
 13. Must bepetent in using Land Registry.
 14. Must have good understanding on filing SDLT.
 15. Have substantial experience inpleting related land registry forms such as TR1s, AP1s etc.
 16. Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
 17. Excellent Typing skills both audio and copy.
 18. Excellent oral and writtenmunication skills
 19. Proficiency in MS Office –Microsoft Word, Excel in particular.
