Project Manager - Oxford - Residential Project
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a valued client for an experienced Project Manager or to lead a flagship £35m mixed-use RC frame development in Oxford.
The project consists of:
* 15-storey RC frame
* 75 residential apartments
* 5 retail units
* 3-storey community centre
This is a genuine No.1 role on a highly visible project, with a 3 year programme and scope for a further 2.5 years in phase 2.
My client is well known for excellent build quality and delivering stand out projects.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have strong RC frame delivery experience
* Be capable of managing projects autonomously
* Be highly client-facing and professional
* Have a strong focus on quality and presentation
* Be confident managing subcontractors, programme and reporting
Candidates from either main contractors or reputable residential developers will be considered.
