We are currently recruiting for a Group General Manager to work with us in Oxford.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across two sites that provide exceptional hospitality services and staff dining.
Location: 0X12 0DQ
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday - sociable hours
Key Responsibilities:
1. Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations
2. Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering
3. Lead, develop and manage the team staff members of 20+, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainings
4. Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business
5. Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget
6. Managing exciting projects within the sites from creation to delivery
