JOB TITLE: Spa Attendant - Galgorm
JOB REFERENCE: SA 05/25
REPORTING TO: Thermal Village Manager
HOURS: This position is full-time and will be 8-hour varied shifts, based on 5 days out of 7, including weekend work.
LOCATION: Galgorm (Ballymena).
SALARY: PAYSCALE starting: £12.21 - £12.95 per hour

About The Role
The Position:
The main responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
* Offering a high level of consistent, friendly, and efficient care to all spa clients and visitors.
* Working with the Spa team to understand daily operations and ensure the required areas are prepared to facilitate a smooth and timely experience for all clients including the preparation of laundry and changing rooms.
* Carrying out front and back of house procedures as per the daily checklists.
* Servicing and cleaning all areas with a particular eye for detail.
The Person:
Applicants must:
* Have a keen interest in the fitness or well-being industry.
* Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Hold adequate IT skills.
* Have the ability to think ahead and to time-manage your day and movements.
* Be self-driven.
* Possess sound knowledge of the Resort & local area.
* Display a flexible work approach and be available to work early late and weekend shifts.
Desirable;
* Previous experience working in a Spa
* Previous experience working in a Hotel
