What we need in a nutshell
We love creating exciting dining concepts across our locations and finding talented chefs to take them forward. In this Kitchen Team Leader role, you will be preparing and cooking for a busy restaurant and helping to manage a team of Line Chefs, Kitchen Assistants, and Kitchen Porters.

You will be in the thick of the action with your team, ensuring that meals are prepped, cooked, and served to our standards, delivering delight to our guests. This includes:
* Supporting the kitchen management team in overseeing all aspects of the Back of House (BOH) operation and being the main point of contact on shift
* Preparing and cooking meals with the assistance of Line Chefs and Kitchen Assistants, ensuring team compliance with dish specifications
* Helping control food margins through effective stock management
* Championing health, safety, and hygiene policies to ensure team and guest safety
* Identifying development needs of team members and providing coaching and support
Holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.
Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a passion for food, who can demonstrate:
* At least Level 2 Hygiene Certificate
* Experience working as a chef in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
* Experience of stock control and ordering
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills
* An eye for detail and the ability to think on your feet
* Resilience under pressure
It’s a bonus if you have experience working in a busy kitchen on a holiday park and supervising others.
