1. Accurately invoice large national accounts in excess of £10 million per month.
2. Ensure payments are received as per agreed credit terms for all assigned accounts.
3. Resolve customer queries and disputes related to invoices.
4. Investigate short payments, overpayments, and mis-receipts, and implement solutions.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with account contacts.
6. Work closely with various departments and account managers.
7. Participate in weekly debt calls with customers and account managers.
8. Manage accounts receivable cleanup.
9. Create efficiencies within existing processes.
10. Update processes within the training manual.
