Role Summary
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy maintenance team on a 16-week temporary contract, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Cambridge.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs while providing excellent customer service to residents. If you're a reliable Multi Trader who takes pride in their work and can turn their hand to a range of trades, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance works in occupied properties
2. Completing a variety of repairs including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, patch plastering, and general maintenance tasks
