We’reseeking a Base Manager withstrong communication, excellentorganisationand a proactive, can‑do attitude.You’ll work closely with multiple departments to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
What you’ll do
* Directly manage up to 25 operational staff, including Supervisors, Civil Enforcement Officers and Maintenance Officers
* Lead and support on‑street Supervisors and frontline teams
* Oversee all on‑street operations and deliver all KPIs
* Manage staff rotas, holidays and overtime
* Monitor and develop staff performance to deliver best‑in‑class service
* Liaise with clients on operational performance
* Handle HR and payroll matters for your team
* Recruit staff in line with budgets
* Ensure the electric vehicle fleet is correctly maintained
This role includes occasional weekend work.
