Lead architectural design and technical delivery on assigned projects (logistics, retail, commercial or residential)Prepare and review schematic design, detailed design and technical documentationCoordinate with consultants, contractors and internal team to ensure design intent and buildabilityMentor and manage junior staff/technicians: delegate tasks, review work and provide guidanceOversee production of drawings, specifications, BIM models and other deliverablesEnsure compliance with building regulations, CDM, quality assurance and sustainability targetsEngage with clients and stakeholders: present proposals, prepare reports, attend meetingsContribute to business development, design innovation and strategic growth of the practiceIdeal Candidate
Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA) or Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist with substantial experience in delivering complex projects across one or more of the following: logistics, retail, commercial, residentialProven track record of leading projects from concept through to delivery, including technical coordination and detailingStrong proficiency with BIM software and associated workflowsExcellent drawing, specification and documentation skills; highly organised and detail-orientedConfident in client-facing roles and able to contribute strategically to project and business developmentCollaborative team player with mentoring experience; comfortable leading a technical team and fostering growthPassionate about high-quality design, sustainability and innovation in the built environmentIf you are a seasoned design and delivery professional looking to join a forward-thinking architectural studio and make your mark through meaningful projects and team leadership, we’d love to hear from you.
