Microsoft Dynamics365 Technical Support Specialist (F&O) - Manchester City Centre - Retail & Manufacturing - Basic salary of up to £65,000 plus full benefits package
Hays have partnered with a leading local retailer and are exclusively supporting in their recruitment of a D365 Technical Support Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
With a full D365 implementation scheduled, our client is looking to hire an internal resource that will work alongside their implementation partner to ensure the smooth operation, support, and continuous improvement of their Dynamics 365 applications.
This person will work in tandem with the implementation partner, and will provide ongoing operational support and training, both internally and to external suppliers, aiming to troubleshoot and resolve issues with minimal disruption to the wider business. This person will also look to connect with stakeholders within the business, capturing requirements while acting as a bridge between the technical function and the wider business.
This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics support professional looking for their next permanent role, or an established D365 expert potentially looking at trading the unstable and demanding world of consultancy, for an internal SME opportunity. To ensure candidates are able to hit the ground running, we are asking that all applicants have a minimum of 2 years' experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O)
Our client can offer:
A basic salary of up to £65,000 (DOE)
25 Days annual leave plus bank holidays
