The What...
As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the customer experience!
No two shifts are the same: welcoming customers, hosting parties, serving food & drinks. Your professional, engaging service and enthusiasm will ensure customers have a memorable, value-for-money experience.
Team Members are trained across all key areas of the centre, supporting every stage of the customer journey. You may also work in the kitchen.
Opening Hours and Shift Patterns:
Our centres are open seven days a week, from 9am to midnight.
Peak times are evenings, weekends, and school holidays, when we seek availability from applicants.
Typical shifts include:
* Weekday AM: 09.00 - 17.00
* Weekday PM: 17.00 - 00.00
* Weekend AM: 09.00 - 18.00
* Weekend PM: 16.00 - 01.00
Shift times vary by centre; details are available online and confirmed at interview. Under 18s may work until midnight.
You will receive thorough induction, ongoing training, and career development opportunities, including apprenticeships and management training.
