About the Role As a Graduate Associate, youll play a vital role in supporting the companys financial operations. Working alongside cross-functional finance teams, youll contribute to maintaining high-quality datasets and delivering timely, client-focused insights. This position is an excellent fit for graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop their analytical skills within a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Duties: Gather and analyse financial data from various documents and platforms Work efficiently to meet strict deadlines, including preparing client updates and alerts Provide client support by resolving queries and assisting with onboarding processes Identify and categorise key financial terminology to improve reporting precision Skills & Experience Required Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a similar field Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle complex data accurately and efficiently Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team setting Proactive and analytical mindset, able to solve problems and manage priorities independently Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or HTML would be an advantage For more information on this opportunity or to discuss your suitability, contact Ollie Mairs in complete confidence.
