We're looking for a Director of Product to join a high-growth B2B SaaS company with offices in Belfast. Established for a number of years, our client has a platform which helps enterprise organisations (and the people that work in these organisations) day-to-day - to work better, deliver more and to collaborate. This is a super exciting time for the business, with significant investment soon to be announced and with plans to double their headcount by the end of 2025. This is a newly created role in the organisation and will offer an ambitious Director of Product (or Head of Product) the chance to scale a product division, directly help this business scale internationally and to truly put their stamp on an amazing product.
The Role
* The Director of Product will own the "what" and the "why" in this fast-scaling technology company.
* You'll have responsibility for growing the team and scaling the product function
* You'll champion quality and user experience - as the product scales along with the customer base
* You'll own, shape and evolve the product roadmap - working directly with the CTO and Founder
* You'll own the numbers and deliver strong commercial impact
The Person
* The Director of Product will have a strong track record of launching and scaling B2B SaaS products, with consumer-level UX and real revenue impact.
* You'll have prior experience of working within and growing a product function, while remaining hands-on.
* You'll be passionate about data-driven decision making, bringing a data-informed mindset with fluency in product metrics, cohort analysis, and financial modelling.
* You'll have strong commercial acumen - you've have previously influenced pricing, segmentation, or packaging in ways that moved the ARR needle.
* You'll have exceptional communication skills - and you'll be able to navigate complex stakeholder conversations, shape strategy, and tell a compelling product story.
* You'll be action orientate, thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and love turning good ideas into working software.
Salary
Circa £120,000 with a package which includes share options and private healthcare.
