Customer Service Assistant within the Community Equipment Service at Vision Products, Duties to include: Customer Service Assistant Handle telephone queries with professionalism and care Assist in scheduling deliveries, collections and equipment repairs by coordinating with clients to arrange suitable dates within order requirements. Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our operations. Knowledge of data protection requirements Customer Service Assistant Welsh Language Level 1 - All employees will be required to undertake a basic Welsh Language Induction to reach this level.
