This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, sales support and solution design, with a strong focus on demonstrating value through technology-enabled customer experience solutions using AI.
The role:
The Onboarding Account Manager will work closely with Sales, Account Management and Technical Teams to ensure clients maximise the value of existing services while supporting the acquisition of new business. The role involves engaging with clients who may be reviewing their service arrangements and advising on how AI-enabled solutions can complement human support models.
Acting as a customer experience consultant, the successful candidate will scope requirements, map customer journeys and help design AI-driven solutions. They will confidently present and demonstrate technology capabilities to clients, partners and prospects, supporting both retention and growth initiatives.
