Associate Director – Asset Engineering Consultancy (CBRE by Turner and Townsend), Birmingham
Due to continuous demands for their expertise, we are currently expanding our Engineering Consultancy team and looking for an Associate Director to join our market leading Asset Engineering Consultancy, on a full time permanent basis.
With a focus on Commercial, Industrial & Leisure sectors the successful candidate will focus on delivering a range of M&E Asset Engineering including: Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations, M&E Audits, Condition Surveys, PPM/Life Cycle Costing to a range of clients. This role will suit a client facing Senior Mechanical Engineer with technical asset management skills. The individual must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; be a good team player and also able to demonstrate reliability, flexibility and initiative. The candidate must also have the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and be able to adapt to ever changing client and market requirements.
