We’re looking for a Procurement & Purchasing Specialist to act as the central coordination point for all HQ and UK purchasing activity. This is an exciting opportunity to bring structure, visibility, and consistency to a function that is currently fragmented and reactive.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in improving purchasing discipline, reducing inefficiencies, and supporting our journey toward a more strategic, data-driven procurement model.
What You'll Do
* Act as the central point of control for all purchasing requests across HQ and UK operations
* Coordinate and manage purchasing processes, ensuring consistency and compliance
* Track and oversee approvals, ensuring the right governance is in place
* Work closely with suppliers to manage orders and maintain strong relationships
* Identify and reduce inefficiencies caused by manual or fragmented workflows
* Improve visibility and reporting across purchasing activity
* Support the development of more structured, scalable procurement processes
* Collaborate with operations and finance teams to align purchasing with business needs
Who You Are
We believe you're the right fit if you have:
* Experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
* Confidence working across teams and coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers
* A proactive mindset focused on process improvement and efficiency
* Experience working with ERP or purchasing systems is an advantage
