Are you a commercially driven sales leader ready to shape strategy, drive growth, and lead a national sales function?
We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Director to play a pivotal role in scaling a growing UK business. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining and executing the company’s sales strategy, strengthening key client relationships, and leading a high-performing team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) across the UK.

As Sales Director, you will:
Lead Sales Strategy & Growth
* Develop and execute the national sales strategy
* Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and revenue streams
* Drive revenue performance, forecasting, and sales planning
Own Revenue & Performance
* Deliver against ambitious growth targets
* Establish KPIs, metrics, and performance frameworks
* Optimise sales processes and pipeline management
Manage Key Accounts
* Build and strengthen relationships with strategic clients
* Lead high-value negotiations and commercial agreements
* Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention
Lead & Develop the Sales Team
* Inspire, coach, and develop a team of BDMs across the UK
* Build a high-performance sales culture
* Recruit and nurture top commercial talent
Drive Market Insight
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
* Provide strategic commercial recommendations
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident and credible sales leader with:
* Proven success in a senior sales leadership role
* You must have experience selling products/ services into the construction industry
* A strong track record of driving revenue growth
* Experience leading geographically dispersed sales teams
* Expertise in key account management and negotiation
* A strategic, data-driven, and commercially astute mindset
