You will be advising on a wide range of matters including the sale and purchase of rural properties, easement and rights of way, tenancies, mining and minerals, sporting rights and estate management work. Your clients will be a wide ranging as your work, from HNW individuals, to commercial organisations, landed estates and financial institutions.
THE CANDIDATE:Applications are sought from Property Solicitors with at least 5 years’ PQE in property law, in particular rural and agricultural matters. You will be able to demonstrate a solid technical understanding of property law, alongside the ability to communicate clearly with clients and taking a commercial approach to your work.THE FIRM:The successful Property Solicitor will be joining a highly regarded firm that readily encourages team members to find their own way of working within a friendly and open environment.
