Salary: £50k+ (depending on experience)
As an experienced HR professional who appreciates how the HR function can drive business growth, you pride yourself on your ability to:

* Truly understand and respect employee rights, whilst also demonstrating a clear commercial mindset.
* Uphold compliant HR practices whilst showing flexibility to adapt to business realities when needed.
You’re not a risk-averse, “by-the-book” HR leader who struggles with ambiguity. You’re able to balance employment law and HR best practices with business needs; making measured and thoughtful decisions that reflect both compliance and common sense.
