Role
Join our team as a Marketing Operations Executive! We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Operations Executive to join our growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants to develop expertise in marketing operations and campaign management. You\'ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our marketing activities, helping to execute campaigns, manage data, and maintain our marketing systems. Working closely with senior team members, you\'ll gain hands-on experience across various marketing disciplines whilst developing specialised skills in marketing operations and technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of all elements
* Support email marketing activities including list uploads, campaign scheduling, and basic segmentation
* Help coordinate marketing events, webinars, and virtual sessions
* Maintain the marketing calendar and track campaign milestones
* Compile weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
* Maintain and update customer and prospect databases
* Support lead management processes, ensuring proper routing and follow-up
* Assist with basic data cleansing and list management activities
* Process marketing ticket enquiries and route them to appropriate team members
* Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure version control
* Support invoice processing and purchase order creation
* Help manage marketing inbox and respond to routine queries
* Assist with CRM data entry and maintenance
* Support the team with basic marketing automation tasks
* Help maintain website content updates using CMS
* Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate as needed
* Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure timely asset delivery
* Proofread marketing materials for accuracy and brand consistency
* Assist with social media scheduling and monitoring
Qualifications & Experience
* 2 years of experience in marketing, administration, or customer service
* Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
* Proactive and able to work independently once trained
* Adaptive and flexible in a fast-paced environment
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or currently studying)
* Experience with CRM systems or marketing platforms
* Basic understanding of B2B marketing
* Interest in data and analytics
* Previous experience in professional services or consultancy
* Fluency in additional languages (particularly European languages such as French, German, Spanish) would be a significant advantage for supporting our global client base
