Role Overview:
We are the City of Administrative Excellence, Operational Brilliance, and Exceptional Support. The Barbican Estate office seeks a personal assistant for the Director of Property & Estate Management who can embody our values and provide high-level, professional secretarial support.
Responsibilities:
* Managing diaries, arranging travel, coordinating conferences
* Drafting meeting agendas, taking minutes, general typing
* Undertaking project work, managing confidential filing systems
* Organising events, overseeing catering and equipment, managing budgets on a project basis
Candidate Profile:
* Experience in a senior administrative role, project or event management
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Experience working with stakeholders, including property management
* Familiarity with developing policies, procedures, and research work
