Job Description
With this role you will be supporting on a bank basis across a range of complex child care packages. You will play a vital role in covering a range of shifts to help ensure our young clients receive excellent care.
The key tasks will be supporting and managing the following:
11. PEG
12. Ventilator
13. Tracheostomy
14. Suction
15. Epilepsy
This is a very important role that requires a confident, caring and friendly care professional. Someone that is willing to travel to our clients homes in Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough and surrounding areas.
We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Experience within a children's care role is essential and the successful candidate will be caring, compassionate and resilient.
We provide full nurse-led training.
A driver with access to a car is required as traveling to a range of clients is essential to the role.
