JDR is delighted to be working on behalf of our Dundee-based client to recruit a Sales & Marketing Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where youll play a key role supporting both sales operations and marketing activity.
This position is offered on a temporary to permanent basis, making it ideal for someone looking to secure a long-term role while showcasing their skills from day one.
The Role
This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys balancing customer service, administration, and creative marketing tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Delivering a high standard of customer service via phone and email
* Creating and managing engaging social media content to promote the companys product range
* Ensuring all marketing activity aligns with established brand guidelines
* Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
