As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students in Key stage 2. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support for students with SEN, help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, and assisting the class teacher with various tasks.To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with primary-aged students and a good understanding of SEN.
