Role Description:
* Assist in managing production of required project products.
* Aid in directing and motivating the project team.
* Assist in project planning and monitoring.
* Help in delegating and utilizing Project Assurance roles.
* Contribute to preparing Project Initiation Document and Plans.
* Assist in managing project risks and developing contingency plans.
* Liaise with program management and related projects.
* Assist in delivering client service levels and change control.
* Support in preparing Project Board reports and Lessons Learned Reports.
* Identify and obtain necessary support for project management
* Continually update and extend technical/professional expertise.
* Undertake training to become professionally qualified.
* Chair meetings, prepare plans, and manage team work.
* Receive authorization for creating products and manage team resources.
* Advise Project Manager on deviations, risks, and progress.
* Ensure quality controls, maintain team files, and manage specific risks
* Ensure user needs, risks, business case adherence, and value-for-money.
* Maintain focus on business need, compliance with standards, and quality assurance.
* Monitor project consistency and viability, observe legislative constraints, and manage specialist interests
Requirements:
* We require UK Consultancy experience – Health, Local Authority, Infrastructure, Commercial Office Residential projects
* A bachelors degree or Masters degree in Construction Management or Project Management
* Has an enthusiasm for his/her work and a high commitment to the business
* Manages his/her own time well
* Able to work as part of a team and to accept and implement the views of the team
* Recognised for high professional and technical ability in his/her own field
* Honest and trustworthy
* Strives for a high standard in their work
* Leads by example
* Approachable and adaptable.
* Full Driving license and access to a car is preferrable
