Our client is seeking a proactive, professional and people‑focused Viewing Agent to join their busy Aberdeen office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a client‑facing environment and can confidently promote properties while representing the firm to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Accompany prospective buyers to property viewings, professionally showcasing features and promoting suitable alternatives.
Proactively highlight key selling points and identify opportunities to cross‑sell relevant legal and financial services.
Obtain and relay feedback promptly to the branch, supporting sales strategy.
Manage your own diary efficiently ensuring punctuality, organisation and effective route‑planning.
Answer viewer queries confidently, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Ensure all properties are left exactly as found following viewings.
Support the team by identifying valuation opportunities and promoting the firm's valuation service.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; confident engaging with the public.
Well‑presented, reliable, tactful and able to always maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and confidence working alone.
Geographical knowledge of Aberdeen City.
Must hold a clean UK driving licence and be licensed to drive manual vehicles.
