Are you organised, tech-savvy, and looking to build a career in financial services operations?


We’re looking for an Implementation Associate to join a fast growing financial planning network and play a key role in onboarding and supporting adviser firms as they transition into a modern, technology driven environment.


This is a varied, hands on role where you’ll work closely with internal teams and adviser firms to ensure smooth implementation, operational readiness, and ongoing support during the embedding phase.


🔹 What you’ll be doing:

* Supporting system setup, user access, and provider onboarding
* Coordinating implementation activities and maintaining project trackers
* Assisting with training sessions and onboarding support
* Helping firms navigate systems, processes, and first client cases
* Managing provider communications and resolving setup issues
* Contributing to process improvements, documentation, and automation ideas
* Using AI and technology tools to improve efficiency and delivery


🔹 What we’re looking for:

* Experience in operations, administration, client services, or financial services
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confidence working with systems, spreadsheets, and technology platforms
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
* Interest in AI, automation, and improving processes
