Job Title: Lunchtime Assistant (Playworker)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time, 5.83 hours per week, 12 - 1:10pm Monday - Friday
Salary: Grade Aii £23,864 - £24,755 Pro Rata. Actual hourly rate of £12.37
Start: As soon as possible

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Lunchtime Playworker to join our supportive and talented team at Waycroft Academy in Bristol. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people with a passion for transforming our pupils' learning.
Responsibilities:
1. Setting up dining furniture and cutlery.
2. Cleaning during and after meals.
3. Supervising the children during their play, including applying first aid.
In this role, you will be proactive and efficient, able to foster positive 'working friendships' with children and staff. You will need to be firm, fair, and able to reinforce our positive approach to developing excellent behaviour. If you have experience of supporting and caring for children and are confident in guiding and talking to groups of young children, we would like to hear from you.
