They are now looking for an EU Product Manager to join the business in a newly created role. The focus will be on navigating regulatory requirements and managing the impact of these on packaging and new product development. The Role
* Work with Regulatory and Marketing teams to ensure packaging remains compliant with EU legislation
* Lead the review of existing product lines, identifying areas for improvement to boost sales and maintain compliance, while simplifying the range
* Manage the creation and update of IFUs (Instructions for Use), ensuring consistency across all markets
* Collaborate with NPD on product launches, coordinating go-to-market plans and commercial data to support approval processes
* Support the EU-wide rollout of Product Information Management (PIM) systems
* Oversee the development and updates of packaging, ensuring local teams are informed and aligned on sign-off requirements
* Develop a structured process for introducing new claims across the product portfolio
* Take ownership of artwork briefing and compliance updates linked to regulatory changes
* Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and projects with a clear, organised approach
What We’re Looking For
* Demonstrated experience working with regulatory products, this is a must.
* Strong background in product development or product management at a mid to senior level
* Experience managing packaging approval and sign-off processes
* Confident working within regulatory and compliance frameworks
* Able to collaborate effectively across departments and functions
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Able to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines with confidence
* Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from day-to-day teams to senior leadership
* Clear and effective communicator
