The Graduate Programme
Successful applicants will rotate through a range of claims departments, managing cases from first notification to settlement. This includes areas such as own damage, fraud, policies, credit hire, and personal injury. Throughout the programme and beyond, you will have access to ongoing development opportunities, including support and funding for Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications and manager development training.
Alongside your core role, you will join our annual Graduate Programme, designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of the business. Over the course of the year, you will work closely with teams across the organisation and reflect on monthly key learnings to broaden your commercial awareness.
By the end of the programme, you will have a strong understanding of our operations and a in-depth view of how our organisation functions.
You will also have the chance to contribute to meaningful initiatives outside your day‑to‑day role, such as community projects or involvement in our DEI working group. We are committed to maintaining an inclusive and respectful culture, and we value the unique perspectives you bring.
As part of the 2-year rotation you will receive a £1,000 increase each year. Giving you a salary of £29,000 at the end of the 2 years.
What you'll need:
* Currently hold or are on track to obtain a 2:2 or above (or equivalent)
* Business related or law degree background is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Effective negotiating abilities
* Willingness to adapt and to flex with change
* Motivated to learn and be challenged
* Poses data analytical skills, decision making and assertiveness
* Ability to work proactively and to tight deadlines
* Showcase consistent due diligence in own work
