Equans is looking for a Soft FM Manager to join our team in The National Archives, Ruskin Avenue, TW9 4DU on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £35,000.00 - 42,000.00 depending to skills and experience and benefits package.

Shift Times:

Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00

What will you deliver?

As a Soft FM Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of soft services across the client estate, including Helpdesk, Porterage, Post, Waste, and Cleaning services. The postholder will maintain a detailed understanding of the site and its operational requirements, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services. Acting as a key coordination point, the role involves daily liaison between internal teams, clients, management, and members of the public to support effective communication and service delivery.

A core responsibility is to oversee all site activities with a strong focus on compliance, health and safety, and operational continuity, ensuring that the contractual requirement of 100% uptime is achieved. The role also includes accountability for maintaining adequate shift cover and manning levels to support uninterrupted operations

Who are we looking for?

Computer literate (experience using Microsoft Office)
Experience of working in facilities management, or hospitality with a focus on building user experience
Able to communicate at all levels
Knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation
Able to carry out task related risk assessments
Experience of supervising/managing a team
Experience of managing processes such as investigations, grievances, disciplinaries
Experience in a visitor experience context.
