Responsibilities
We are looking for an NVQ Level 3 qualified or part-qualified Stair Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team covering the South London area. As an experienced engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits
* Attending lift breakdown callouts to perform minor repairs
* Meeting customer response times and building relationships with clients
* Providing updates to the Service Manager and participating in the regional 24/7 standby/callout rota
* Problem-solving and working independently
