Specialist SIA Store Detective in Cheshunt working for TSS – the leading name in security.

Qualifications
Applicants must hold an SIA Door Supervisor licence and have a minimum of 2 years of Store Detective experience. Driving is an advantage as travel within a 20‑mile radius is required.
Responsibilities
* Ensure premises security: deter threats, ensuring safety and security at all times.
* Enforce company policy: safeguard customers, colleagues, and visitors through delivery of loss prevention policies.
* Customer focus: help create a warm and welcoming first impression for customers.
* Report & react: swiftly report incidents using digital reporting platforms, escalating issues to in‑store management.
* Forge strong partnerships: maintain effective relationships with local security, Business Improvement Districts and Police.
* Vigilance: be proactive to detect and prevent shoplifting incidents.
* Conflict resolution: support de‑escalation of incidents using conflict management techniques.
Ideal Candidate
Great communication and customer service skills are crucial. You should be tech‑savvy enough for digital and paperless administration, be 18 or over, and a confident communicator who is a team player with a drive to provide friendly and professional service.
