Job Responsibility:
This role is perfectly suited for individuals with a background in nursing, ODP, or paramedicine, particularly those with a wealth of experience and a passion for holistic wellbeing, nutrition and herbal medicine.
Reporting to the Clinical Director you will:
● Take vital sign measurements and prep clients for their assessments and treatments.
● Educate clients about the treatments and assessments offered at Optimal Health Group and preventative healthcare generally.
● Operate specialised equipment to administer treatments to clients.
● Provide invaluable support to other members of clinical staff by ensuring seamless treatment sessions.
● Exhibit self-assuredness whilst working independently, upholding the highest standards of care.
● Cultivate a client-centric approach, demonstrating patience and empathy in every interaction.
● Facilitate the client's journey towards wellness through attentive and compassionate care.
● Participate in clinical training and meetings to maximise client care outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential.
● Basic Life Support certification essential. Advanced Life Support certification desirable.
● Interest in holistic health and well-being and preventative healthcare and enthusiasm for continued professional development.
● Previous experience as a nurse, ODP, paramedicine or in a related wellness field.
● Phlebotomy training highly desirable.
● Demonstrated ability to swiftly grasp new concepts and technologies.
● Resilient and adaptable, capable of confidently working independently.
● Adept at collaborating with other clinical staff to optimise treatment experiences.
● Exceptional patience and a genuine empathy for individuals on their health journey.
Training and Development: Onsite training will be provided to ensure you are well-versed in the operation of our specialised equipment and familiar with our clinic's protocols. We run weekly clinical meetings and monthly clinical training days for our Clinical Team.
We are looking for someone able to commit to a minimum of three full days per week, and ideally someone who can commit to supporting our Clinical Team full time (40 hours per week with some weekend availability).

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
