Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential (North West)
We are currently setting up a new children’s residential home and are looking to recruit a committed and capable Deputy Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new service from the outset, working within a strong support structure and helping to build a high-quality, child-centred environment.
💷 Pay: £16.00 per hour (minimum), dependent on experience
📈 Progression: Pay review following probation
🕒 Hours: Flexible working pattern (no fixed hours)
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in children’s residential care who is confident supporting the day-to-day running of a home and leading shifts when required.
This role would suit:
* An experienced Senior Support Worker ready to step up
* An existing Deputy Manager looking for a well-supported environment
