Job Description
Duties of the PA/Office Manager:
* Manage and organise all administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of the office.
* Provide professional support to senior management including diary management and coordinating meetings.
* Oversee office budget, including tracking expenses and handling invoice payments.
* Implement and maintain office systems and databases.
* Manage HR duties including recruitment, onboarding, and employee welfare.
* Coordinate marketing activities and lead on company events
* Ensure office policies and procedures are up to date and followed by staff.
* Oversee facilities management, including office maintenance and health and safety.
* Manage external contracts and services for the office, including cleaning and catering.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA/Office Manager should have:
* A strong background in office management and administrative support.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* A proactive and flexible approach to work.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
