We are seeking a technically proficient and customer-focused Technical Consultant to join the KYC Solutions Delivery Team. The Technical Consultant will understand the system specifications and capabilities of Moody’s KYC products to ensure customers have a top-notch implementation and ongoing technical support. They will collaborate with Implementation Specialists and Project Managers to facilitate seamless client integrations and implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Improve system efficiency by consulting with end-users and providing innovative solutions.
* Maintain and enhance technical documentation, updating manuals and guides, and creating new documentation for system changes.
* Collaborate with Implementation Specialists and Project Managers on new implementations and change requests.
* Serve as a point of escalation for support tickets related to workflow tools and triage issues to relevant teams.
* Work with Product teams to document processes for new products, releases, and upgrades.
* Coordinate with support, engineering, and operations teams.
* Participate in implementation and project calls to provide product expertise.
Experience/Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
* Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python) and API integration experience (RESTful APIs).
* Proficiency in supporting web portals.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to learn new products and processes quickly.
