This is an exciting opportunity to join our UK Conversion Team, where the UK Conversion Administrative Assistant (FEHW) is key role within our UK Student Recruitment, Access and Partnerships Department helping to recruit new students and meet course targets for our standard degree courses.
You will provide logistical and organisational support to the UK Conversion team in delivering on and off campus activity all our courses, with a specific level of support for courses within the Faculty of Education, Health, and Wellbeing. You will take key responsibility for delivering logistical elements of the team’s conversion activities predominantly in supporting on-site and online selection events and in organising invoices for Conversion activity. Our on-campus activity will span across all four of our campuses.
You will also provide key logistical support in the delivery of the University’s Clearing operation which will involve some extended work hours in the month of August.
The role will also require you to occasionally work during the evening and weekends, for example when supporting with Applicant Events and Activities.
You will work closely with other recruitment teams across the department, directorate, and wider university to ensure a cohesive and streamlined approach to recruitment.
