We are seeking an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join our team. Direct Factory Kitchens supply and fit quality bathrooms throughout the surrounding areas of Worksop, including but not limited to Chesterfield, Sheffield and Retford.
The ideal candidate will have a vast experience of bathroom fitting, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. As our Bathroom Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting and finishing our newly designed bathrooms to specific plans.
This role will require you to:
· Collaborate with bathroom designers to understand the specific requirements for each bathroom project
· Install and fit bathrooms according to specifications and design plans
· Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet timelines and exceed expectations.
· Ensure high-quality craft skills and attention to detail in every project.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges effectively
· Maintain a clean and organised workspace
· Adhere to safety protocols and best practices
Skills required:
· Proven 2 years experience as a Bathroom Fitter with a strong portfolio of completed projects
· UK driving license
· Excellent understanding of bathroom layouts and assembly
· Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools
· Ability to work independently where needed
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently & manage own work load
· Punctuality and reliability
