Branch Cash Administrator
Join our Branch Cash team and support the trial of a new tender type (Kate Media). You’ll help keep our daily reconciliations accurate, investigate discrepancies, and ensure strong financial controls while working closely with the Cash Lead – Projects.
What you’ll do
* Support accurate reporting, compliance checks and trend tracking during the trial
* Investigate discrepancies linked to the new tender type and identify root causes
* Escalate issues and recommend corrective actions
* Provide analytical and operational support to the Cash Lead – Projects
What you’ll need
* A proactive, curious approach with strong attention to detail
* Good Excel skills and accurate data entry
* Strong organisation and time‑management skills
* Confident communication and the ability to work cross‑functionally
* Basic accounting knowledge (VAT and double‑entry)
