What you'll be doing:
Supporting residents to manage their tenancies and maintain their independence.
Advising on welfare benefits, income maximisation and housing options.
Managing lettings, needs assessments and viewings for scheme properties.
Liaising with families, social services and community partners to ensure residents get the right support.
Carrying out welfare and safety checks, and making sure buildings are well maintained.
Handling tenancy-related cases such as rent, anti-social behaviour or neighbour concerns — never personal care duties.

Experience in housing, supported living, or customer-focused roles.
Excellent communication, empathy and problem-solving skills.
Organised and confident working independently.
